Thoughts on Change

One thing we know for sure about life is that it is full of change.

Change in life is constant and the most important thing we we can ever learn about change is to embrace it.

Matt on the SvN blog found this quote that I really like…

“Embracing change is essential:

‘John Cage said that fear in life is the fear of change. If I may add to that: nothing can avoid changing. It’s the only thing you can count on. Because life doesn’t have any other possibility, everyone can be measured by his adaptability to change.'”

Lesson: Adapting to change is necessary in any business and in life. The sooner Jewish non-profits attempt to adapt to changes, the more likely they will succeed in figuring out how to best deal with them.
