Among some of the projected fall outs in the Jewish non-profit world as a direct result of the Madoff scandal:
1. Possible mergers. Mergers of working space, staff, and even mergers of entire non-profits.
2. The Streamlining of services to pair down to the true essential missions of a given non-profit.
3. There is also the possibility that some redundant non-profits will be pushed out and in a sense, forced to close shop.
What can we learn from the Madoff scandal you ask? You’ve heard it before but here it is again…
