The Jewish youth in North America are becoming more and more alienated from Israel.
A real bummer! What to do?
Anyone for another committee meeting or study group?
Not to mention that it bodes poorly for those of us working in the Jewish fundraising market.
But don’t panic yet.
The Steinhardt Social Research Institute at Brandeis University just released an eye-opening study. And guess what?
The researchers conclude that “Jewish attachment to Israel has largely held stedy for the period 1994-2007.” Including the younger generations.
There was no decline. It was a myth. You can read the study here.
Let’s find better ways to reach these poeple. They still love us. Do we love them back?
